Chateau did an amazing job for us. They replaced windows at two of our stores. One of the stores had a film on 3 of their windows that we have worked hours on trying to get the film removed. We asked if they could take a look at the windows and give us a suggestion on how we can remove the film. Benefits of a Mirror

A mirror can make a small room appear larger. When you walk into a small room that has the right size mirror in the right location, one of the first things you might notice is how much larger the room looks and feels. When in the right place, and of the right size, a mirror can double the apparent size of a room.

It can brighten a dimly lit room. When placed opposite or perpendicular to a light source, such as a window, a mirror bounces that light around the room. If placed behind a lamp, a mirror boosts the light coming from the lamp. As a result, brightening-up an otherwise dim room.

In a gym, a mirror can help you correct your posture while working out. For example, while doing side planks, it's difficult to tell by yourself if your spine is straight. With a mirror, you can easily tell if your posture is correct. A mirror in a gym can also motivate you by showing you where you are in your fitness progress.

A mirror can also bring the wonderful outdoors inside. Maybe there's a park or garden outside your window. If a mirror is placed on a adjacent wall, it can reflect that park or garden, essentially bringing it into the room.

Frameless Wall

Frameless wall mirrors are very popular. They are just the mirror without a frame. Without a frame, they disappear a little more in the room, yet provide the benefits you need, such as help you prepare for the day or make the room look bigger. They work great on their own, such as above a vanity or in wall-to-wall applications. If you're wanting a more seamless look, frameless is the way to go. Of course, framed mirrors are also available.

Wall-to-Wall

Wall-to-wall mirrors are great in many rooms, such as in commercial or home gyms, in restrooms above vanities, even in kitchens. If used in a kitchen, especially as a backsplash, if a lot of cooking is done, they might require a lot of maintenance. Wall-to-wall mirrors are particular good in small rooms, as they make the room look bigger.

Floor-to-Ceiling

Floor-to-ceiling mirrors can be great in bathrooms, restrooms, even bedrooms and dressing rooms to help you prepare yourself for the day, as well as to add a little style to the room. Just make sure they aren't in a location where they might get kicked or damaged from, for example, a door knob or door stop 🙂

Outlet Plate

Mirrored outlet plates are often used when a wall-to-wall mirror or floor-to-ceiling mirror is covering an outlet, and you don't want to use a traditional plastic or metal outlet plate over your new mirror. As with all of our mirrors, the edges are beveled and polished for your safety.

Light Switch Plate

As with mirrored outlet plates, mirrored light switch plates are an option instead of the traditional switch plates. Again, these are used in wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling mirror situations when the mirrors cover a light switch.

Mirror Shelves

As wall mirrors help to brighten a room, mirrored shelves can help brighten a dark medicine cabinet or a dark book shelf. They can also add vertical depth to an otherwise boring shelf. A mirrored shelf can also reflect light to the underside of artwork sitting on it.

Pictureframe

Mirrored picture frames are a great alternative to the usual wooden picture frame. Mirrored picture frames add another element of interest to the artwork they contain. Because they contain, well, mirrors, a mirrored picture frame also helps to throw light into the room and reflect the room.

Cabinet

Mirrors are used in all sorts of cabinets including dresser cabinets, display cabinets, medicine, china, bookcase, gun cabinets, and more. Mirrors are used as shelves or in the backs of these cabinets.
